Arborist Practice provides online study materials, practice questions, mock exams, and AI-powered study tools to help users prepare for the ISA Certified Arborist exam. We are not affiliated with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.
The Pro upgrade is a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to all Pro features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting us at hello@arboristpractice.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

All content on Arborist Practice — including questions, explanations, and software — is our intellectual property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Arborist Practice is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass the ISA Certified Arborist exam. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by ISA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arborist Practice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
